R-Scope Standalone — End User License Agreement

IMPORTANT: By downloading, installing, or using this software, you agree to
these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
   You (the purchaser) may install and use R-Scope on any number of computers
   or servers you own or control — including localhost (XAMPP, Laragon, etc.)
   and shared hosting. No domain limit applies.

2. RESTRICTIONS
   You may NOT:
   - Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly share the download package
   - Publish derivative products based on this software for sale or download
   - Remove or alter copyright notices in the source files
   - Claim authorship of the original software

   Personal modifications for your own use are permitted. Support is provided
   only for unmodified official releases from the seller.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
   R-Scope, including the "scope" entry-point design, multi-pane UI, and
   documentation, remains the property of the author. This license does not
   transfer ownership.

4. NO WARRANTY
   This software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Use at
   your own risk. Always back up your files before use.

5. SUPPORT
   Support is offered on a best-effort basis for legitimate purchasers through
   the Etsy order channel.
