Browser-based file manager with flexible scope, ShotMemo scene recall
(jump to saved checkpoints; Back history resets after Go — see QUICKSTART),
folder protection, and non-destructive photo annotations (.rnote).

START HERE (Windows)
  Double-click "Open-R-Scope.bat"
  → browser opens (server runs in background)
  Quit: toolbar button or Stop-R-Scope.bat

OR (web server)
  Open root-proxy.php in your browser.
