Optional: portable PHP (Windows)

For buyers who do NOT want to install XAMPP:

1. Download PHP Windows binaries (VS16 x64 Thread Safe ZIP) from:
   https://windows.php.net/download/

2. Extract so this file exists:
     php\php.exe

3. Double-click "Start R-Scope.bat" again.

The seller may offer a separate "R-Scope + PHP" bundle ZIP later (larger download).
